Our one-hour CrossFit classes form the core of our identity. Led by passionate coaches, we guide you through warm-ups, proper techniques, and personalised workout modifications to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
Each session is constantly varied, combining weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio to keep things exciting and effective. Just bring your effort, and we’ll handle the rest!

Personal Training
Working 1-on-1 with a coach offers a personalised approach to achieving your goals. Your coach will create a tailored program to help you train effectively and focus on specific strengths or skills.
We recommend incorporating at least one personal training session per week alongside group classes to maximise your results.
Free Teen Strength & Speed program
Curious about strength training or looking for a positive place to train? Our free Teen Strength & Speed sessions are a great place to start.
Held once a month on the first Thursday at 6:45pm, these coach-led workouts help teens develop strength, speed, coordination, and confidence in a safe, encouraging environment. We focus on proper technique, teamwork, and building healthy habits.
Whether your teen plays sports or just wants to get stronger and more confident, this session is designed to meet them where they’re at.
No experience necessary. Just show up ready to work and have fun.
