Our 45 minute youth classes are a unique blend of age appropriate CrossFit movements, speed and agility exercises, and games designed for ages 7-12. This program is designed to develop the foundational skills and movement patterns for lifelong health and wellness. But more importantly...we're all about having FUN! we like to think of it as the gym class you wish you had growing up. Fair warning, once your kids try it, they may never want to leave!
Sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30pm-5:15pm
